Glitter (not the Mariah Carey way)

Everyone wants their outfit to stand out, sparkle, glow, unique, memorable, sexy, eye catching... etc, etc. One way to accomplish this and totally rock it: classy glitter. Not every girl will admit it, but inside we all love glitter, it is a girl thing. The difficult part is deciding when is it appropiate to wear glitter and how exactly. Well J.
